Please purchase tickets only if you are certain you wish to attend. All ticket sales are final. Refunds are permitted only in limited circumstances, as outlined in the Canceled Events section below. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to review all order details carefully before completing a transaction. The NorCal Celtic Festival will issue refunds only if the event is canceled in its entirety. In such cases, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

In rare cases, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may make it impossible to proceed with the festival. The NorCal Celtic Festival will make the final determination regarding event cancellation and issue refunds over a 30 day period.
