**Terms and Conditions for Photographers Renting the Woodland Holiday Ice Rink**

By renting the Woodland Holiday Ice Rink, you, the photographer, agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Responsibility for Equipment and Setup**
As the photographer, you are responsible for providing all necessary equipment for your session, including backdrops, props, lights, and any other materials required to create your desired photos. The venue is provided as-is, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that all items brought into the space are appropriate for use.

2. **Damage and Property Care**
You are strictly prohibited from using nails, tape, staples, or any other materials that could damage, make holes, or scrape paint on the property of The City of Woodland or the Woodland Holiday Ice Rink. If any damage occurs as a result of your session, you will be required to cover the full cost of repairs or restoration. This includes, but is not limited to, repairs to the venue’s walls, flooring, or any other fixtures.

3. **Event Insurance**
If you plan to allow clients to use the ice rink for skating during your session, you must provide event insurance. This insurance will cover any potential accidents or injuries related to skating. You will take full responsibility for any damages or injuries that may occur to your clients during the session.

4. **Assumption of Risk**
By entering the Woodland Holiday Ice Rink and utilizing the space for your photography session, you acknowledge and agree that you are wholly responsible for the safety of your clients. You expressly assume all risks inherent in the activity, including but not limited to the risks of injury associated with ice skating or participation in the session. You waive any claims against The City of Woodland and the Woodland Holiday Ice Rink for any injuries or losses sustained during your rental period.

5. **Indemnification**
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The City of Woodland, the Woodland Holiday Ice Rink, Visit Woodland, The Woodland Hoteliers Group, sponsors, non-profits involved, and any parties supporting the ice rink, from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from your session. This includes but is not limited to those related to equipment use, client injuries, or damage to the property. You acknowledge that these parties are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your rental period.

6. **Clean-Up and Departure**
You are responsible for cleaning up after your session and ensuring the venue is left in the same condition as you found it. This includes the removal of all trash, props, equipment, and any other materials you brought into the space. You are also responsible for cleaning up after your clients, ensuring the area is free of any personal items or debris. Any failure to properly clean up or damage to the venue will result in additional charges for repairs, cleaning services, or any other necessary actions to restore the venue.

By renting the Woodland Holiday Ice Rink, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
